Louisiana Spirit Hurricane Recovery

To help people experiencing post-distaster emotional stress, free crisis counseling is available. Louisiana Spirit provides: counseling services, stress management, resource linkage and educational presentations. The program is funded by FEMA and administered through the Louisiana Dept. of Health and Hospitals (DHH), and is open to any child or adult in designated parishes. All services are Free.
